Shipping Rates

Calculated by item size & weight: 

North America approx. $17+
Rest of World approx. $40+


International Shipping

We ship with FedEx whenever possible. Within North America, smaller packages are shipped FedEx Priority and heavier ones via FedEx Ground. On occasion, we ship with Canada Post for very light shipments so as not to have shipping costs prohibitive. International shipments are sent via FedEx International Priority (2 Days assuming no delays). Cheaper shipping options are available, please contact us at info@inventorymagazine.com for more information on all freight options. For more information on FedEx services please visit www.fedex.com. INVENTORY is not responsible for any customs, duty or brokerage fees which may be incurred when importing goods into your country of residence. Nor are we responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages. Customers are responsible for any additional fees for rejected packages.

Tracking Numbers

In almost all instances up to date tracking information will be provided. Please notify us at stockroom@inventorymagazine.com if you haven't received tracking information.

Sales Tax

All Canadian customers are subject to all applicable sales taxes (GST, HST, PST) based on your province of residence. Orders placed from outside of Canada are not subject to taxes.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept exchanges or returns for store credit ONLY.
To return or exchange products, please email stockroom@inventorymagazine.com for confirmation and agreement. In order to be eligible for return or exchange we must receive notice within 10 days of original delivery. If an exchange is not possible, a store credit will be issued for returns. NO REFUNDS will be issued. All products must be free of use, damage, stains, odor or any other condition which would prevent them from being sold as new. They must also have their original tags and packaging attached. Customers will assume responsibility for all return and exchange shipping charges, including and not limited to any duties, taxes or brokerage fees which may be incurred when receiving returns. INVENTORY strongly suggest shipping with national postal carriers as to help avoid these fees as couriers often charge them. As well, INVENTORY will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation for any return packages lost in transit.

Terms & Conditions

Upon placing an order, a receipt will automatically be mailed to you confirming the intent to purchase through paypal. This receipt does not constitute a contract, and orders may be canceled at any time due to but not limited to: insufficient stock, inability to authorize a credit card, suspicion of fraudulent intent, an incorrect item price. Please also note that INVENTORY reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such order whether you have made payment already or not. In the rare event that you do get charged and your order is canceled, INVENTORY will issue a credit to your paypal account in the amount of the purchase.

Due to the nature of online stores, we cannot guarantee the availability of any items listed in the INVENTORY Stockroom. If the item selected for purchase is not available, we will contact the customer to notify them of the discrepancy.
