It's a bit funny at this time in the 'work wear' trend to actually have a item called the 'the original work wear jacket'. Whatever you call it, it's a really nice jacket from Albam. Their English made products seem to be getting more refined each season with a great balance of simple and useful details. The double thick pockets beef the coat up a bit without taking away from the simplicity. It's apparently based on an old French work wear coat as well, using only 4 buttons down the front. I have been scouring eBay a fair bit looking for something like this, and at 109 Pounds, it might be worth ending the search.

Check to see if the cuff buttons are actual working buttons.
Not to be a smart ass, but I count 5 buttons...
got my albam boat boots yesterday, absolutely beautiful... we had some problems with sizing so they ended up paying for shipping and sending me a free tee. Best customer service I've ever had.
Hah, yes 5 buttons it is....

Boss there £60 on ALBAMS site !
I have this jacket and love it! The buttons on the cuff are working. Once again albam havent failed. Plus the customer service is second to none, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful but not too in your face and the store has a lovely relaxed atmophere which is a pleasure to shop in.
