Capsule has grown quickly in it's short history. This year will be the first that the show will take place in the three major trade show zones; Paris, New York and Las Vegas. Each event will house a slightly different list of brands from Nom de Guerre to Our Legacy to Redwing. The shows intimate feel and personal approach has helped build great relationships between buyers and designers. Allowing people to really get a feel for a brand and the collections allows designers to grow themselves. It helps retailers get behind brands more and support them, and in turn, sell us the best offerings. Capsule has proven so far to be a success and should look forward to a big year. I plan on making it to the New York edition of the show in just less than two weeks and should be able to give a reasonable report on how things are from the ground so look forward to that shortly.
