A Look Inside: Tres Bien Shop

Tres Bien Shop has been one of our favorite shops for some time now. The young Swedish entrepreneurs have done a notable job pushing their physical and online retail business. While focusing on their website and perfecting its clean design and updated functions, they spent the early part of 2009 building out their large Malmo location. This fall, Tres Bien has added a number of great collections to their to stocklist including Woolrich Woolen Mills, Engineered Garments and Junya Watanabe. With extensive offerings from their shop-in-shop partners, A.P.C., CDG and Our Legacy, the shop offers one of the most extensive ranges of well edited collections online. As most of the world is used to Tres Bien's online shop, they have taken their time in putting together a great looking bricks and mortar spot in a beautiful old brick building. Recently they had Jeffery Richt take some photos of the shop and I thought they were worth another look.

I agree. Tres Bien is an amazing shop, their customer service is great. They always respond right on time, and positively. very nice. Not like O.C whom i'm struggling with to obtain a return number/authorization.

Strange to see how identic businesses can be handled so differently.

I had been reluctant to order something from Sweden, it just seemed so far away. After using them for the first time recently, it was actually smoother and faster than ordering from most places in North America (where I am right now). And their prices didnt seem to be too much higher than in NA, like when trying to order US products from the UK.

They definitely have a strong cohesive aesthetic in all that they do. I too haven't been able to get my act together enough to order anything from over here in the US, but I can certainly admire their efforts from afar.

I've ordered a few things myself. The shipping is unbelieveably fast and the prices are great with the VAT shipped to the US. The duties are minimal from Tres Bien and usually less than the VAT discount. I would say if you are going to order anything online, Tres Bien is a great place to do so. Nice people too, passionate about what they are doing and it's great to see them be successful thus far.

I just received a package from them moments ago! Excellent web service, shipping to Canada was surprisingly fast, and the price was 20% less than given on site due to the disregarding of Swedish taxes.

The photographs look beautiful. I would definitely go out of my way to make a visit if I was in Sweden.

Great store, however the prices are a little steep for the UK. The redwing boots can be purchased for half the price in London.
