INVENTORY magazine in London

Inventory in London

Some of you may have noticed copies of INVENTORY magazine popping up around London over the course of the last week. Our stockists in the capital have all received their first deliveries and I'm told the reaction has been great - the inaugural issue has been selling very well. If you're one of those who's already bought one, we really appreciate the support and hope you're enjoying it. If you're in London and haven't picked up a copy yet you can do so at either of the Albam stores, Monocle, Oliver Spencer, Garbstore and Fernandez & Wells on Beak Street. If you're in the UK but not in London, Superdenim, The Bureau, Oi Polloi and End will also have copies available very soon. We're still talking to other potential stockists, and by the end of the week we hope to have confirmed a new partnership that would be a massive honour for us. Suffice to say we'll keep you posted. In the meantime, we'd like to thank everyone (readers and retailers) who has bought the magazine so far.

I picked up a copy in Albam on Saturday but haven't got around to reading it yet as I can't put down Billy Childish's autobiography.

It certainly looks good though.

What are the sweaters beside the magazine? I've been looking for EXACTLY those sweaters! What store is the picture from?

@Kin Pin... The sweaters are available from Albam. Follow this link for a closer look...

Will there be any reatailer in Sweden? Perhaps Très Bien in Malöm or Nitty Gritty in Stockholm would a suitble choice.
Otherwise I would have to order from UK which would increase the price with the shipping from there.

Where can I get a copy in NY?

November 30, 2009 | Unregistered CommenterRUPTUREreport

@ Martin... I believe Nitty Gritty will be getting copies but we'll post a full list of stockists in the next few days.

@ RUPTUREreport... Our NY stockists are J.Crew and Self Edge.

Where did you get that link for the Albam jumper? I can't find it on the site.

@ Kin Pin... You're welcome!

@ Patrick... That style doesn't seem to show up when you click on 'knitwear' but when you select another sweater it appears at the bottom under 'other styles'. This sometimes happens on their site with new products but it's definitely on there, just use my link I guess.

Hope of any stockists in Denmark? Maybe Storm or Wood Wood?

November 30, 2009 | Unregistered CommenterLL

For DK, Norse has the most suitable profile in terms of image. However, the readership/target group may perhaps frequent Storm more often.

Aside from that, I was able to pick up a copy from London and the magazine is absolutely great!
