Sometimes finding a great t-shirt can be just as satisfying as a great oxford or chambray. This is more often the case if you find a vintage Champion fleece or something loop wheeled in Japan. There is a certain feeling and toughness about the Japanese made fleece that isn't the same here, and The Real McCoys is one of the best examples of this. Lately I've been more into illustration on t-shirts as well and I've got a ton of wear out of the Warehouse shirt I picked up at the Rugged Museum. 'The White Hat Club' looks like something I wouldn't mind joining either as I really like the white on navy. It's simple, tasteful and could easily be worn on it's own or to layer under a shirt in this cold weather. An extra layer of soft, sturdy fleece is always good to have near by.

Love it.
You're something else if you're willing to shell out almost ninety dollars for a tee such as this. It's completely uncalled for. If anything, you're doing a disservice to our (well mine, because your Canadian) Naval veterans by buying such a ridiculous product inspired by their heroic services.
How is it a disservice? Graphic tees can be spendy and at $90 it does get silly. But how is it a disservice? Is it any different than all those Abercrombie and Fitch camo wearing d-bags that are all over our country? They both display a military message.
I wouldn't buy it but I know the quality is pretty spot on.
Never mind. I get it out.
I get it
Nice t. And I don't get Ulysses...
"Is it any different than all those Abercrombie and Fitch camo wearing d-bags that are all over our country? They both display a military message."
I think that's the point.
As a loyal reader of the blog, it's posts like these that get my goat. You guys are a great resource for looking at, learning about, and buying beautiful, well made clothing. But I think it's prettly much safe to assume that everyone reading the blog already knows why they might need a t-shirt. I don't think we need justifications like these that just honestly come off as weak: "An extra layer of soft, sturdy fleece is always good to have near by." Come on. The only reason to buy a 90 dollars t shirt is because you *want* to -- and it's ok to want to have lovely clothing. Just please don't try to justify it with rather lame attempts to explain to everyone what we already know: t shirts are nice; t shirts are layers; it is key, when looking for a t shirt to have one handy. But this t shirt is more than that. It is something someone would buy would basically wanted to blow 90 bucks on something just because they like how it looks. Nothin' wrong with that. Just please don't skirt the issue. That's my two cents on that. Thanks.
