Uniform Experiment Cotton Blazer

The launch of the Uniform Experiment collection has been blogged pretty thoroughly in the last day but I thought I would highlight my favorite piece from the collection I've seen so far. I am really enjoying casual blazers a lot lately and materials like wool and cotton are a big part of that. This piece by Uniform Experiment is a great two button coat in 100% cotton with a washed texture. I like the light spring colors with white buttons quite a bit surprisingly. I think it would go with a lot of spring stuff and I am always a fan of the external pocketing. Although the collection isn't super cheap or hard to find this is definitely one of the best sport coat/blazers I've seen for spring.

Hey Ryan, this isn't about the jacket but if you look on the jcrew website, they have created a new pair of broken in chinos labeled "Urban slim-fit." I just called several stores including the liquor shop and found that these bad boys have not hit stores yet. At this point they are exclusive to the website. They are supposed to be "extra slim" but i find that the classic fit broken in chinos are not very slim at all. Hopefully these will live up to my standards. Just thought you may want the tip. By the way, I am a fan of the dusty grey color that they come in. All the best and keep doing what you're doing.
