Walk Off Pt. II

look-2-spring-bluesNow, please don't get too mad at my outfit this time...But round 2 of the Walk Off series is now up on Blacklodges. This time Mr. Vogel was just facilitating the battle as I took on Nick and Chris Schonberger. The east coast brothers seem to be bracing for cold weather, hunting large animals, rain (at the strip club) and some basketball. Blue seems to be the color of spring 09 so I went with a lot of different blues for my look. I think it's still an extremely easy to wear composition that would do well anytime, anywhere. Of course the chinos would be rolled and the comfort level would be high. I had to include a couple of my favorite items that got blogged in the last week as well since they've stayed on my mind. That cardigan is killing me though. For the price I know I couldn't even get it for 50% probably, but the suede bucks are in stock in my size, for a more manageable price...

i like all the pieces individually but wonder how it would all pull together with the hat, totes, shoes all so matchy matchy.

love those khakis. (are khakis and chinos the same? whats the difference?)

you need to have a Slack Off in the next issue (to replace the _____down), with spring coming alot of us are definitely going to be buying a pair of alternatives to our jeans, love to get a comprehensive report of whats out there by our mutually favorite brands

It's actually not matchy, all the blues are different.

Khaki is a color, chinos are the pants - A slack off is a good idea, I'll see about that.

Adrian...I know...its rough.

You can get the shoes through Museum Ark - in Japan. I think they are just under $300. I'm considering it...

That belt and bag are pure perfection. The belt is now at the top of my list.

Good luck getting those shoes off Museum Ark. They are only carried up to size 8.5 US. I'm pretty sure your bigger than that. I was seriously about to order them and saw that and was really bummed.

If you were doing this with the mindset money no option you should sub the Uniqlo for Sunspell T and get some different shoes the sole on those look WEAK !

Sorry Ryan, Chris wins. More purposefull look good colorways. I'd replace the shirt with a Steve Alan and the trousers with Mason's or EG's. Great look though.
