Gilded Age is one of those collections that I seem to find one or two absolutely beautiful pieces from each season. Then, I check the price tag, and it's usually pretty close to a thousand dollars. Lark, in Vancouver, just received a nice selection of their spring pieces and there are a handful I am liking, also the beautifully lit product shots don't hurt. At first, I really liked the Henley T shirt, but saw it cost $248, then I saw these great leather belts looking nicely worn in. Again, they look great, but for nearly $300, it is hard to pull the trigger. The products are really nice, so once you take into consideration the quality and the Canadian dollar, it might be worth a second thought.

I bought a Gilded Age shirt from revolve, but after it was deep discounted. The original price was $350.00 and had a made in China tag. It was worth the $75.00 I paid but for the original price you could buy around 2 US made Engineered Garments shirts. It'll be interesting to see if the GA price points go down in this harsh economy.
$300 is terrible if anyone has an upcoming trip to Europe you can find Leather belts like this in market stalls across Portugal and ITALY for 15-20 Euros !
You can pretty much get two really handsome NY-handmade belts from Freeman's Sporting Club for that price. I have one and it is just great.
