Blog Suggestions

I don't know if this is a good idea or not, but I figured I would try it out. I am currently working on a new layout/design and potential development for the blog which may require a new column. Things need to be tightened up around here so I thought I would ask you, the readers, what you thought. Are there certain aspects you hate about some blogs? Are there particular features you love? Since the blog is really for your use, I would hope you would find it aesthetically pleasing, functional and better than the rest on the Internet. Is that too much to demand? Maybe with so maybe subjective views it might be hard to please everyone. But I'm open ears for your thoughts now before I get too deep into it. Thanks in advance.

I think one of the only things missing is somewhere to look at past issues. It would make the site different than the month-to-month release. Probably more difficult to make happen, but if you're ahead of the curve on anything, you're going to want the content up there for people to look at, maybe.

Personally, I like this layout more because... it doesn't look too cluttered... Like I don't get tired and confused when I read... But the new one, it looks very busy =/

I like the look of the preview layout. I find it more tight, rather than busy or cluttered. The page elements in the current one look kinda disparate in comparison.

I appreciate all the comments for the layouts. I will definitely rethink some of the ideas I had been working on. However I am not sure tits are going to make much an appearance. I'd say for the most tasteful tits you can usually find some on JJJJound.

You can actually look at pretty much all of the past content. Under each of the Features, Focus and Columns pages there is 'archives' its all there.
But I am working on a better archiving system too.

From the pic attached to this post, it looks like you're moving the content currently found at the bottom of the blog -- Recent/Similar Posts -- to a sidebar along the newest post.

This is an excellent improvement, as I often myself neglecting to look down there despite there usually being a solidly relevant post or two suggested.

A little magazinish. I like that your current layout is a bit more subtle and it leaves me wanting more. Your bringing different types of readers to this blog and don't want to overload it with to much content. I think what your selling is a lifestyle and culture not products and want to keep it as life applicable as possible.

I don't think you should change it.. Unlike most blogs, your's is clean and uncluttered, which is half why I like it so much.
