Nigel Cabourn's collections have been and always will place a large focus on the fabrics and finish in each garment. The Cameraman or Rangoon parka has quickly become regarded as a best-in-class item by anyone who's seen it in person. The design is clean, functional and looks fantastic. It's without doubt the nicest parka I've seen and I'll probably regret not acquiring the fall version in grey on grey for years to come. The spring version uses a Beeswax upper portion and a cotton twill lower body for a lighter weight and interesting contrast in material. This navy blue option just released at The Bureau and might be a slightly more wearable choice for most people. The yellow and khaki version should be ready with with us in our first offering of Nigel Cabourn at the Inventory Stockroom, which we're quite excited for.

Nigel is so on point it's ridiculous. I don't think I'll ever be able to afford his stuff or else my closet would look like a Nigel Cabourn showroom.
Once again, none of the UK stockists are willing to stock S sizes (46)...
as i know 48(M) fits like S, so may be it will be okay for you
Cabourn's SS10 line is out of control. The inspiration he used this time around has a great feel and this piece, in particular, is stunning. The heritage of this jacket is fascinating and I have to agree with you Ryan. I saw the grey-on-grey FW version awhile back, at the time I had the means to get it and passed. Very poor decision making process. I'm not entirely bummed I ended up with an EG jacket. Looking forward to what's coming up in the Stockroom.
I wish I had an easy way to see Cabourn pieces in person, at least to drool over (not on) them. Not to make you guys feel bad, but I was very lucky to pick up the grey Cameraman and you're right. The materials, design, fit, and details are some of the very best I've seen. Finally something else that, in my opinion, stands alongside my Mister Freedom clothing.
We seriously need more NA stocklists, and I'm glad to hear that you are going to carry some of it. What else are you guys gonna carry, Ryan? :)
I purchased a clip sweatshirt from Cabourn, and I must wear that thing about three times a week. It's extremely expensive, but very well made and aesthetically pleasing.
How come The Bureau is £50 more expensive than End clothing on this jacket?
Welsome back Inventory Chaps! Sorry I was only able to catch up with one of you while you guys were in town... Brit Bond and all that.
Anyway: Damn is the piece amazing. The contrast in upper/lower is amazing, especially due to matching the same colour tones. Now, I just need the paycheck to match the purchase...
Absolute beautiful jacket. I don't think there can be anything else said about this spectacular piece than has already been said. And, zissou, I've seen that camerman parka you have it is also stunning, for sure.
That is an amazing jacket--Inventory stockroom will carry it in khaki in yellow?
I have the fall version and i have to say i'm quite disapointed with it. Fit and constructuion are great, but i thought it would be warmer - warm enough for winter... In fact the upper portion in macintosh is really thin, i don't know why but i thought it would be (wool) lined, like the Mallory jacket.
this jacket is amazing. i've been looking for one of these for a long time. i'm looking forward to the shop.
This jacket is outstanding, I've never felt or seen it in real life, closest I've seen are the trade show pics. That said on looks alone, it is amazing. I wish it was a little more in my budget, but with NC you get what you pay for. Looking forward to seeing it in other colors.
hehe can i say i called it?
