By confirming your order you are accepting of these terms & conditions and a binding agreement is entered into. When we have received your order, you will receive an e-mail confirming your order. We reserve the right not to deliver in the event that the stock level was incorrect at the time of receiving the order. Should we be unable to deliver in accordance with the terms in the confirmation of the order, we will contact you and give you the opportunity to cancel the order.
Delivery Time and Costs
Goods will be dispatched on regular working days from Monday through Friday. Shipping prices are calculated by weight, size and quantity and will vary between destinations. Shipments are sent via FedEx Ground, FedEx Priority or DHL Express whenever possible and unless otherwise requested. Please feel free to contact us at email@example.com with questions or special requests regarding shipping services/standards.
Rest of World
Orders may ship from either the United States or Canada subject to the availability of stock. We do our best to ship domestically wherever possible, after which, the origin location is primarily determined based on the proximity to the shipping destination. To inquire as to where your order would potentially ship from or request a preferred place of origin, please contact us.
When your order leaves the store we will provide you with a tracking number via e-mail as soon as possible which you can use to track your order.
Prices do not include delivery charges. We retain the right to adjust incorrect prices. Prices shown on our website are in Canadian Dollars. Prices displayed do not include Provincial or Federal Sales Taxes for Canadian customers and they will be added in the check out process. All Canadian customers are subject to applicable taxes (GST, HST, PST) based on your province of residence. Orders placed from outside of Canada are not subject to taxes.
We offer two different methods of payment for online customers.
Credit / Debit Card
We accept VISA and MasterCard. When paying by card you will be asked for the card number, its period of validity and the CVC code. We use a security standard called 3D-Secure, developed by VISA and MasterCard. All information is encrypted using SSL encryption, which prevents unauthorized access to card details. We do not store card numbers after the transaction has been carried out.
PayPal allows secure payment with your PayPal account or a credit card. You will be redirected to PayPal to finalize your order when checking out. More information about PayPal is available from paypal.com.
Customs and Import Charges
Any customs or import duties that are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell what the cost would be, if any. As customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country it might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
Returns and Exchanges
Our return policy allows you to return the product for any reason within 14 days of having received it for store credit or exchange only. We cannot accept returns for a refund. You have the right to open the package and check the contents but the product must be returned in brand new unworn condition. All original packaging and labels shall be returned with the product without having been tampered with. Please note that you are responsible for the product until it reaches us. Please include the transaction number within the package so that it can be easily tracked.
If you wish to exchange a product, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible to notify us of the return in order to reserve another product or size and make all necessary arrangements. Products may only be exchanged for other products available from Inventory. If an exchange is not possible, a store credit will be issued. Refunds will not be issued.
All items purchased at a discount are FINAL SALE. No returns or exchanges will be given on sale items.
