Carhartt's casual range has been steadily improving over the last few seasons, but its hard to get too far away from their classic models. The Digger coat takes on a lighter weight ripstop cotton this spring which looks really nice to me. The mustard of the logo and timeless work coat style works nicely with this fabric and it creates an easy to wear garment.

I have worn Carhartt since I was 14. I could never wear it "out" though because I looked like I had just rolled around in dirt with a dog trying to tear my jacket apart. When I discovered the carhartt streetwear I was pumped - although it was not easy to find pieces in the U.S. With better marketing they could be doing just as well as Red Wing - if not better.
