Words

This season we worked with Eleanor Prichard to make a special blanket for Inventory. After choosing her 'Quail's Egg' pattern, we decided to use three different shades of blue to combine for a nice tonal affect. The pattern was originally inspired by speckled shells and is made using a rickrack boarder and features a blanket stitch edging. Eleanor has worked with some wonderful brands and we were honoured that she would make a unique version of this blanket for us.

Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, thought Margaret Howell to herself today.

I knew I'd seen similar somewhere before. You nailed it.

No copy - she is the designer for those Margaret Howell too, but she does them in a different colorway. That is why they look familiar.
