Neighborhood consistently make some of the most extravagant incense chambers around. They always use kaolin clay with a white and blue cobalt oxide underglaze to create something unique. The latest edition is arguably one of the most tame, featuring a line of skulls and the message, "Never Put Off Tomorrow What You Can Do Today."
