Last week Takeshi and his small team at Post Overalls opened their pop up shop and exhibition at the Nepenthes NY store. Unfortunately I wasn't anywhere near the city, but the concept behind Takeshi's space is quite nice, displaying his very special old pieces, some of which are the inspiration for Post Overalls garments, and some of which he just likes a lot. Along with the clothing garments, Takeshi has produced a book that documents his favorite vintage pieces, only available at Nepenthes.

I popped in Last week before jetting back to London. Some lovely pieces and inspiration, the book has it all in there, but sadly is poorly reproduced for the $70 tag and so I passed on picking one up.
