One of the most mysterious brands, at least in the realm of the Internet, has to be RRL. The brand enforces strict rules against online sales, publishing of images, self promotion and generally all the things that help brands thrive and/or survive today. This means if you don't live in one of the few cities with a RRL shop, the brand hardly exists, and that's a shame because it's great. Sure, it's made mostly in China, but it's made well, with great fabrics which have been processed beautifully. For those of you in London, Present are now stocking a selection of items from RRL.

An extensive RRL product selection will also be available at Liberty in the next few weeks.

This will be RRL's first shop in shop concept outside of the states. Literally can't wait!

I really don't get RRL. I mean, I like a lot of the clothes they produce, but their secrecy hurts the brand, in my opinion. The only pieces I get to see are the ones that pop up on Ebay, and most of the sellers there try to get near retail prices for whatever they bought on discount. That said, I did get a wonderful pair of the natural Japanese selvage jeans at a reasonable price there...

I really like RL but why would you want buy a distressed belt for £200-300 just because its RRL?

Red RRL Chambray shirt is awesome though.
