Joe McCoy make some of the best t-shirts. It's a prime example of a Japanese company mastering a simple process from America's past. A simple garment, very well made, quality from the cotton to the print. They offer a nice touch of color, that's still easy to wear and although its a lot to spend on a t-shirt, its one that you should have for a while to come - and maybe even become your baby blue or golden boy.

The Real McCoy's don't slack when it comes to accessories. Although their heavyweight sweatshirts and outerwear are arguably their best pieces, their bags, gloves, caps and bandanas are also great. We recently received these Joe McCoy bandanas featuring a red truck pattern and a blue paisley motif. The fast color cotton accessories are a nice touch and an easy item to pick up for $25.

One of the most classic and consistently popular shirts gets another interpretation this summer. Joe McCoy - a collection produced by The Real McCoy's - offers a black chambray version of their 8 Hour Union shirt and a recent delivery at Superdenim included limited numbers of these. The Japanese company makes some of the best garments we've come across and their work shirts, along with their sweats and chinos, are always a great example of this.

Joe McCoy Corduroy Bucket Hat

Although fall seems to be getting on and the spring products are starting to land in stores, there is still time to pick up a couple items from this past season that can carry through the spring and summer. While I feel like corduroy has a certain fall feeling to it, this Joe McCoys bucket hat would be welcome to join me all year round. I tried on a couple of Real McCoy's hats in Tokyo and found their general size and fit to be some of the best I'd come across when it comes to bucket hats. The colour of this corduroy is really nice and would look really good with a simple pair of jeans or fatigues with a white tee in the spring. You can be sure the quality and finishing is top notch when it comes to the McCoy's collections as well, so the only question is tracking it down.
