Nepenthes and McKinlays continue their partnership this fall and have added a new style to their custom range. The Ghille shoe comes in black suede, tan suede, brown smooth, oakwood suede and chocolate suede.

Nepenthes' work with McKinlays has been consistently interesting. This spring they have released a new 'oakwood' suede which has a brownish olive tone to it. One of my favorite models is the slip-on, making an nice alternative to a pair of Bostons.

I haven't seen many shoes by McKinlays, ever. Nepenthes is the only shop and brand that I have seen work with the footwear specialist, and as usually they have done a good job. I like their slip on brogue toe model, but its the suede 'comfort sole brogue' that is probably the easiest to wear.
