Erik van der Weijde's black and white survey of large residential blocks in Brasilia has been collected here in a 176 page, linen bound, hardcover book. A first edition of 700 was originally released in 2010, but luckily copies of this exceptionally well-executed book can still to be found, if you happen to look in the right places.
