Starting this Friday and running through until Monday, Vitsœ New York will be hosting a small fruit stand put on in collaboration with The Gourmand. Alongside the market, there will be a limited edition fruit-focused recipe book available with illustrations by Gwendal le Bec, Yann le Bec, Bruce Usher, Jamie Brown and Jean Jullien.
