It's a big weekend in New York for art and design. Frieze, the influential art fair, takes place on Randall's Island, while across town, not far from the banks of the Hudson River, the Jacob Javits Center hosts the ICFF – one of New York's premier contemporary design shows. Among the many exhibitors and booths, you can find new work by longtime friend of Inventory, and Issue 10 cover subject, Dean Edmonds. The London-based designer will be showcasing a new lamp design, in two colourways, as part of a group of offerings from Atelier de Troupe – a lighting and furniture studio based in Los Angeles.
