While Jil Sander announced its new creative director a few days ago, the last of the pieces designed by the company's German founder are now in stores around the world. This navy blue wool sweater is one of the more pared down garments this season, and though slightly on the heavy side for summer, it's a great year-round piece.

Actually it was her design team at the company that did the SS14 collection, AW13 was the last designed by Jil, which is a shame, the team seems to be heading in the more graphic/colorblocky direction that Raf Simons took, I hope she works for someone else like the Uniqlo collab. which seemed much truer to her paired back aesthetic.
