Margaret Howell unveiled their Spring-Summer '16 men's collection in London this morning. Tailored shorts, trousers and jackets worn with classic shirting, knits and rainwear formed characteristically casual looks, many of which featured neckerchiefs and Teva sandals. For those of us who have been aware of Howells designs from her early days,its very obvious that she now has people helping her.Something has been lost.The clothes are nowadays looking far too self consciously simple and 'understated'.
