When Red Wing first reissued their Postman oxford shoe, I wasn't particularly a fan of the new, old model. Something about the shape of it didn't feel quite right. The chukka, however, looks much nicer. I like the silhouette, and it offers a slightly rugged, yet formal looking option. I also like the appeal of its origin and how they seem to wear over time.

HAHAHA... not security guard, hence the "Postman" in the name. Would like it better with a white vibram sole and longer tongue though
