45rpm lookbooks are always very well executed, but this season's is particularly good. Although location usually plays an important role, the Fall '11 edition is shot entirely in the studio, divided into sections by different backdrops - a simple approach, but one that works really well and maintains a strong focus on the people and the clothing. Looking through the recent update of 45rpm's summer look book, there are a number of beautiful shots, nothing surprising. But this round I actually found that I liked more of the womens looks. The blues, patterns and simplicity were nice, and the garments aren't overly feminine, so I felt they were definitely worth a look.
