I'm not very familiar with the Maine shoe by Birkenstock, but the full back and mocca suede makes for a unique style. Along the same lines as the London, having the full heel makes for a more practical shoe around the city without giving up the comfort of a Boston.

The London is one of the Birkenstock models that still haven't made it over to our market. It's arguably one of the best as well, and the combinations of two-tone suede and leather-suede models are especially nice.

Everybody knows greens are good for you: spinach, olive drab or guap. Camouflage is going rather hard these days, but I don't see any need to shy away from it, especially on an off-beat garment as done by FC Real Bristol this spring.
