It's not particularly difficult to find linen or madras plaid shirts this time of the year. If you're picky and you want the best however, it might be a challenge to find nicer fabrics than the ones Visvim use.

A lot of the work that's taking place at the moment is being organized around the European Cup calendar. The Green Soccer Journal are in the envious position of being able to fully combine both. Their new website has been transformed, for the tournament, into "a platform of inspired projects to accompany the joy and agony of Euro 2012. Exclusively curated to showcase a series of work for the love of football." Sounds good to me.

For a whole calendar year the photographer Ari Marcopoulos is producing one zine per week for New York's Dashwood Books. Entitled "Anyway" the series of zines are printed in editions of 50, with 20 being held back each month for inclusion in a forthcoming boxed set of 52 zines, which is set to be released at the end of the year.

I'm always on the search for the perfect chinos. It's a search that may never end, but after looking at these pants online, they might be worth checking out. Made with an 8 oz. brushed cotton canvas and finished with a triple needle stitch, they appear to have a nice cut and come in a nice light tone.

Well known for extreme comfort, The Soloist have produced an interesting spring collection which includes a variety of casual, easy to wear pieces. I am not entirely sure what sort of work these shorts are meant for, but I think they could stand up to a full day in the field in our occupation.
