The C-Post shirt from Post Overalls is definitely my favorite in the collection. This spring it comes in two of the best fabrics possible, a red gingham and blue chambray. The shirt has several classic work wear details, including straight cuffs, tab collar, contrast sitching and of course Post's casual fit.

Mark McNairy for Inventory Items Dainite Sole Gibson

This spring we decided to work with Mark McNairy again. Since our first collaboration, he's made quite a few shoes and had great success with the red brick sole, so it wasn't easy to create something new. In the end we chose a Dainite sole with the split leather heel that Mark hadn't been using. This adds a much richer feel, and a nicer balance of tone and texture. Combined with the classic Dainite traction, the camel suede upper is complimented by chocolate brown laces and small brown eyelets.

The North Face Purple Label brand has garnered a well deserved demand over the past few seasons. Although its still only available in Japan, I can't help posting some of their best products. This jacket is pretty ideal, it has a classic reference, interesting printed liner and a nice tone of beige for the outer. It would be perfect for sashaying down the street with a tote bag and some boots all spring season long.

I'm going to have try one of these shirts on before I can say its too good, but the idea is interesting, the fabric choices are nice and we already known CYC make a very good product. Haven teamed up with Vancouver's Reigning Champ to make these raglan sleeve BD shirts in a handful of fabrics. The design looks clean enough, the selvedge lines look great, triple track stitching looks tough, but again, needs to be tried on I think.

Makr has been adding new styles to their collection at an alarming pace. Usually when that happens, the design lacks and the new styles aren't as good as the originals, however at Makr it seems to be the other way around. On top of the more interestingly designed styles, Makr has launched a 'Standard Canvas' range which offers some nice, simple tote bags in some great shades of blue.

Margaret Howell's spring collection arrived from London a few days ago. The collection is quite large, but as usual we took a close look and edited down our buy to build a nice cohesive look and feel that would blend nicely with our own favorite items, as well as those on the rails in the shop. The gingham workshirt is a great color, and looks nice alongside any other shades of blue. The pieces all look and feel better than I remember when we saw them last summer. The Walkers jacket is another standout, along with the trousers which are some of the best the brand has produced.

Think our minds might be on socks these days? Well this is the first pair of Sunny Sports socks that I've seen, and I like them. The color options are nice and they provide a good hit of tone for any simple outfit. C'H'C'M just received them for spring, along with a couple of shirts and some knitwear.

The Deadstock Swedish Army belts are back. The first shipment sold out extremely quickly, but luckily our source had a couple more stored away in the basement for us. We pretty much cleaned them out this time, so it's tough to say if there will be any more after this shipment is gone. The sturdy natural tan leather is the perfect size, combined with simple details, nice hardware and a solid build.
