While summer may be waning, the short sleeves on our latest Barbarian make-ups are still a welcome addition considering the sweltering temperatures outside. The simple colour blocks and lighter colours give a staple item a bit more of a whimsical feel. The short sleeved versions, in two light and unique micro-striped colourways, are ideal for the warm weather and the thick cotton jersey fabric will carry over well into fall.

It's the first time we've received our Inverallan order at the beginning of the season, and we're also excited that this is our best delivery from the Scottish knitters we've ever received. Along with a pair of beautiful shawl collar cardigans, we've produced a new style of the knit cap. It's called the 'Moss' cap and with a nice bubble knit pattern, the hats are a bit less bulky and a little bit more shallow than last fall. They turned out really great, the only problem is choosing which color to get.

Words
This spring we decided to work with Mark McNairy again. Since our first collaboration, he's made quite a few shoes and had great success with the red brick sole, so it wasn't easy to create something new. In the end we chose a Dainite sole with the split leather heel that Mark hadn't been using. This adds a much richer feel, and a nicer balance of tone and texture. Combined with the classic Dainite traction, the camel suede upper is complimented by chocolate brown laces and small brown eyelets.
