Sandinista is another mystery brand for some of us. While a lot of the collection is designed in Vancouver by Vince Cook, the brand is only available in Japan as far as I can tell these days. With a very nicely shot fall look book, some stateside retailers might want to take note. The Japanese inspired collection is full of great looking wool coats, cleanly designed pants and some great accessories including scarves and a very nice boot in a couple colours. The styling for the shoot is fairly solid but I really love the texture and photography – it can really pull the idea of a collection through much nicer than product or studio shots.
