—01. Grind comes with special Wtaps tote bag.
We just received a handful of new magazines from Japan this week, including solid new issues from Grind and Huge. The artist focus in the latest Huge features a 30 page piece on Billy Childish, who did the cover artwork. Grind features a nice selection of summer wears and well shot editorials, and it also happens to come with a special Wtaps tote bag.

One of the highlights in the new issue of Grind is the editorial entitled 'Navy'. It features a handful of brands in all their navy blue glory: including Engineered Garments, Adam Kimmel, Wtaps, Black Fleece, Junya Watanabe, Undercoverism and kolor.
The spring deliveries are coming quick and steady now. Including the latest from Go Out, Monocle and Grind, we've just received Mt. Rainier Design and Batten Sportswear. With so many socks on the scene this spring, it's nice to see the split toe version from Mt. Rainier Deisgn offering something fresh, available and short and tall options.

—02. Grind & Outdoor Style Go Out.
We just received a handful of publications, some new and some regulars. The latest brand book by The Real McCoy's is produced by Lightning, and is one of the best to date. Apartamento's 8th issue features an insert based on orange, and also a coloring book.
—01. Tet, designer and creative director of Wtaps.
The fall collection from Wtaps has recently debuted online. The brand itself is one of my favorites from Japan because of the way it balances traditional techniques and reference points with new ideas. For me, it's also the best brand around when it comes to effective exterior branding, which is no easy feat. These images from the latest issue of Grind magazine feature Tet in a series of looks from the new collection. The black and white shots have a great mood and provide an interesting look at the clothing worn effortlessly by the brand's designer and creative director.
